Bonnie P. Josephs received her law degree from New York University and was admitted to the New York Bar the same year.  She began her legal career with Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and worked with Ephraim London and Helen Buttenwieser before establishing her own practice in 1977. Josephs is listed in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, and the Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers.  Ms. Josephs is fluent in Spanish and French.

Ms. Josephs was awarded the 2020 and 2021 Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating® for highest-level ranking of professional excellence for legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards, by both her peers and the Judiciary.
